Cookie Policy

V1.1 Effective Date: 12.10.25

SECTION 1 — ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

THIS COOKIE POLICY (“POLICY”) EXPLAINS HOW MARBLE LABS INC. (“MARBLE LABS,” “WE,” “US,” OR “OUR”) USES COOKIES AND OTHER SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES ON THE WEBSITE LOCATED AT HTTPS://WWW.XP1DRIVE.COM AND ANY RELATED SUBPAGES, DOMAINS, OR DIGITAL PROPERTIES (COLLECTIVELY, THE “SITE”). BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO THE COLLECTION AND USE OF COOKIES AS DESCRIBED IN THIS POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE USE OF COOKIES, YOU MUST ADJUST YOUR BROWSER SETTINGS TO DISABLE COOKIES OR IMMEDIATELY CEASE USING THE SITE. THIS POLICY APPLIES SOLELY TO COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES USED ON THE SITE AND DOES NOT GOVERN COOKIES OR LOCAL DATA STORED THROUGH ANY MARBLE LABS SOFTWARE PRODUCTS, APPLICATIONS, ACTIVATION SYSTEMS, OR THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS NOT OPERATED BY MARBLE LABS.

SECTION 2 — DEFINITIONS
For purposes of this Cookie Policy, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

  • “Site” refers to www.xp1drive.com and any related subpages or domains operated by Marble Labs.

  • “Cookie” refers to a small text file or identifier stored on a user’s device to enable functionality, security, analytics, or similar purposes.

  • “Framer Analytics” refers to the aggregated, non-personal analytics service provided by Framer and used by Marble Labs to evaluate Site performance.

  • “Cloudflare” refers to the security and performance infrastructure provider whose services may set strictly necessary Cookies for routing, protection, and traffic integrity.

For additional information regarding how Marble Labs collects, uses, stores, or protects personal information that may be associated with certain Cookies, please refer to the XP1 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Cookie Policy.

SECTION 3 — GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT COOKIES

For purposes of this Policy, a “Cookie” means a small text file, token, or identifier placed on Your device or browser when You visit the Site. Cookies serve a variety of functions, including enabling the Site to operate properly, improving performance, facilitating secure connections, remembering preferences, analyzing traffic patterns, and enhancing the user experience. Cookies may be “first-party cookies,” which are set directly by Marble Labs or the Site platform, or “third-party cookies,” which are delivered through embedded tools, analytics services, or infrastructure partners that assist in operating or securing the Site. Cookies may remain on Your device only for the duration of Your browsing session (“session cookies”) or may persist for a longer period (“persistent cookies”), depending on their designated purpose.

SECTION 4 — COOKIES NECESSARY FOR SITE OPERATION AND SECURITY

We use certain Cookies that are strictly necessary for the operation, integrity, and security of the Site. These Cookies are essential to ensuring that the Site loads correctly, processes traffic, and remains protected against malicious activities. In particular, the Site uses infrastructure provided by Cloudflare, a widely used web performance and security service. Cloudflare may set Cookies (such as __cf_bm, cf_clearance, or similar identifiers) that help distinguish genuine human visitors from automated bots, prevent denial-of-service attacks, maintain routing efficiency, and enforce access protections. These Cookies do not track You across other websites and are not used for advertising. Because they are required for the proper functioning of the Site, they cannot be disabled through the Site itself, though You may disable them through browser-level settings, which may impair functionality.

SECTION 5 — FUNCTIONAL AND SESSION COOKIES USED BY THE SITE PLATFORM

The Site is built on Framer, a commercial website and design platform that uses certain functional Cookies to maintain session continuity, support form submissions, stabilize UI components, manage caching behavior, and ensure that pages render consistently across devices and browsers. These Cookies help the Site remember temporary interactions such as whether a modal has appeared, whether a form has been partially completed, or how a page should behave during a single browsing session. These Cookies do not identify You personally and do not collect information for advertising or cross-site tracking purposes. They exist solely to maintain a smooth and reliable user experience.

SECTION 6 — ANALYTICS COOKIES USED FOR PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT

We use Framer Analytics for aggregated, anonymized analysis of Site performance and usage. Analytics Cookies help Marble Labs understand how visitors navigate the Site, which pages receive more traffic, how features perform under various conditions, and whether users encounter errors or performance bottlenecks. The information collected through these Cookies is used exclusively to evaluate and improve the Site’s operation, design, and stability. Framer Analytics does not provide client-level advertising tracking, behavioral profiling, or cross-site identification, and we do not combine analytics data with personal information unless explicitly disclosed in our Privacy Policy. Marble Labs does not currently use Google Analytics, Hotjar, session-recording tools, fingerprinting techniques, advertising trackers, or retargeting services.

SECTION 7 — NO ADVERTISING, RETARGETING, OR SOCIAL MEDIA TRACKING COOKIES

Marble Labs does not use advertising Cookies, marketing Cookies, retargeting pixels, behavioral tracking technologies, or social media tracking tools on the Site. This includes, without limitation, the Meta Pixel, Google Ads Tag, TikTok Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and similar technologies. We do not sell or license personal browsing data to third parties, do not participate in ad networks, and do not engage in behavioral advertising or look-alike audiences. The Site collects no information for the purpose of creating advertising profiles or tracking You across other websites or platforms.

SECTION 8 — HOW YOU CAN MANAGE OR DISABLE COOKIES

You may adjust Your browser settings to block, restrict, delete, or manage Cookies at any time. Most modern browsers allow You to refuse all Cookies, permit only certain categories of Cookies, or receive notifications when a website attempts to set a Cookie. Please note, however, that disabling or removing certain Cookies—particularly those categorized as strictly necessary—may impair Site functionality, prevent forms from operating correctly, reduce security protections, or otherwise degrade Your ability to use portions of the Site. Marble Labs has no control over Your choice to disable Cookies and bears no responsibility for diminished Site performance resulting from such actions.

SECTION 9 — THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LIMITATIONS

Although Marble Labs controls the categories of Cookies used on the Site, certain Cookies may be set by third-party service providers acting on Our behalf (including Cloudflare and Framer). Those providers may process data in accordance with their own privacy policies, which govern their internal data practices. Marble Labs does not permit third parties to use Cookies set through the Site for advertising, profiling, or resale. By using the Site, You acknowledge that third-party infrastructure is necessary to provide security, availability, and baseline analytics, and that such providers may set their own strictly necessary Cookies as part of delivering those services.

SECTION 10 — CLARIFICATION REGARDING THIRD-PARTY CONSENT BANNERS

Certain third-party consent tools or cookie-management banners integrated into the Site may display generalized cookie categories or toggles—such as “advertising,” “targeting,” or “marketing” cookies—even if Marble Labs does not employ such cookies on the Site. These categories appear as part of standardized consent frameworks provided by third-party platforms and do not indicate that Marble Labs uses, stores, or processes information through those mechanisms. In the event of any discrepancy between the categories or descriptions presented in a consent banner and the technologies actually used by the Site, the disclosures contained in this Cookie Policy shall govern.

SECTION 11 — CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Marble Labs may update or modify this Policy at any time to reflect changes in the technologies We use, the functionality of the Site, legal requirements, or Our internal practices. When changes are made, the “LAST UPDATED” date at the top of this Policy will be revised. Your continued use of the Site following any such changes constitutes Your acknowledgment and acceptance of the updated Policy. Marble Labs encourages You to review this Policy periodically to stay informed about how Cookies are used on the Site.
