This page provides public notice of the patents, patent applications, trademarks, copyrights, and proprietary technologies associated with the XP1™ Digital Vehicle Platform and related systems. This notice is provided in accordance with the virtual patent-marking provisions of the Leahy-Smith America Invents Act (35 U.S.C. § 287(a)).

The information below may not be exhaustive. Additional patents and trademarks—issued or pending—may be associated with XP1 technologies in the United States and internationally.

PATENTS

The XP1™ Digital Vehicle Platform (formerly the Fuel – Digital Vehicle Platform™) incorporates proprietary vehicle-dynamics, simulation, and haptics technologies protected by the following U.S. patent:

• U.S. Patent No. 10,613,629
  Digital vehicle simulation and haptic control technologies

• Additional patents pending in the United States and internationally.

XP1 may incorporate other patented technologies not listed here or licensed from third parties.

TRADEMARKS

The following marks are proprietary technologies used under license by Marble Labs:

• XP1™

• Fuel – Digital Vehicle Platform™

• Position-Control Haptix™ (PCH)

All other product names, trademarks, and logos referenced on this site or within XP1 are the property of their respective owners.

Use of any Marble Labs or licensed trademarks without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

COPYRIGHT

All XP1 platform technology, systems, software, designs, media, and documentation—unless otherwise noted—are proprietary works licensed to Marble Labs for use in the XP1 product line.

Unless explicitly stated, no transfer of ownership is granted or implied.

Additional third-party technologies may be incorporated as required by XP1’s simulation and audio systems.
All third-party components are used under their respective licenses.
